European Council head, Canadian FM discuss Nagorno-Karabakh

European Council President Charles Michel and Canada’s Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly have discussed, among other things, the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the minister said in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday.

"With Charles Michel at BSF 2023. We discussed his vision for the EU expansion in the Balkans, the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, and next steps to address the crisis in Haiti. These conversations are key to our work as partners," Joly said.
