Current, former Artsakh officials attend Independence Day prayer service

Artsakh National Assembly Speaker David Ishkhanyan and a group of other current and former Artsakh officials attended a patriarchal prayer service at Stepanakert’s Holy Mother of God Cathedral on 32nd Artsakh Independence Day marked on September 2.

After the ceremony, the officials visited the Stepanakert Memorial Complex and laid wreaths there, the Artsakh parliament press office reported.
