Kocharyan: Unity key to preserving Artsakh's independence

Armenia's second President Robert Kocharyan has issued a message on 32nd Artsakh Independence Day marked on September 2. 

He calls for consolidation of all Armenians to preserve Artsakh's independence.

"Congratulations on the Artsakh Republic Independence Day! Today, just like 32 years ago, we have found ourselves in a situation where the unshakable will and consolidation of all Armenians around a common goal are key to preserving Artsakh's independence," reads the message.
