Artsakh denies Azerbaijan's false claims of fortifications

The Defense Ministry of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) has dismissed Azerbaijan's reports of military fortifications as disinformation.

"The statement disseminated by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry claiming that on September 11, at around 1 a.m., the Artsakh Defense Army tried to carry out fortification works in the Askeran region which was allegedly disrupted by the Azerbaijani military is fresh disinformation," the ministry said in a statement.

“Obviously, the Azerbaijani side does not give up its plan to carry out another major provocation in Artsakh and is preparing the ground for it,” it added.
