Artsakh denies Azerbaijan's false claims of fortifications

The Defense Ministry of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) has dismissed Azerbaijan's reports of military fortifications as disinformation.

"The statement disseminated by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry that on September 15, at around 9:30 a.m., the Artsakh Defense Army tried to carry out fortification works in the Askeran region which was allegedly disrupted by the Azerbaijani military is fresh disinformation," the ministry said in a statement.
