World Wrestling Championships: Armenia's Arman Andreasyan wins first bout

Arman Andreasyan (70 kg) of Armenia has celebrated his first victory at the World Wrestling Championships 2023 which kicked off in Belgrade, Serbia, on Friday.

The athlete defeated his Chinese rival 4-1 in the opening bout on Saturday, the Armenian Wrestling Federation said.

The meet is a qualifying event for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
