Artsakh rejects Azerbaijan's false claims of fortifications

The Defense Ministry of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) has dismissed Azerbaijan's reports of military fortifications as disinformation.

"The statement disseminated by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry that on September 17, at around 11:15 p.m., the Artsakh Defense Army attempted to carry out fortification works in the Askeran region which was allegedly stopped by the Azerbaijani military is fresh disinformation," the ministry said in a statement.
