Talks underway between Artsakh and Azerbaijan on troop withdrawal

Russian-brokered negotiations are underway between representatives of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and Azerbaijan on the withdrawal of troops and the return of evacuated citizens to their settlements after the Azeri military aggression, the Artsakh InfoCenter reported on Friday.

The procedure of entering and exiting Artsakh for citizens is also under discussion.
