Azerbaijan arrests Artsakh Armenians for 'terrorism'

Azerbaijan has arrested a group of Artsakh Armenians for "terrorism-related offences".

In a statement on Monday, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry said they were accused of “planting landmines” in Azeri-held territories on 19 September, which Baku claimed had left two civilians and four police officers killed.
