Police officers detained opposition MP Tadevos Avetisyan during anti-government protests in Yerevan on Monday morning, lawyer Arsen Babayan said.
“In case of a failure to substantiate that he was arrested based on reasonable suspicion, the officers who arrested him and those who gave them the order must face criminal liability,” he wrote on Facebook.
