Petrol, diesel fuel prices rise in Armenia

Prices of petrol and diesel fuel increased in Armenia last month, according to the latest data from the Statistical Committee.

Gasoline prices rose by 5.8% in September from August 2023, while diesel prices grew by 6.9%. Petrol prices rose by 0.4% year on year, whereas diesel prices dropped by 17.4%.

The new data shows that non-food prices increased by 0.2%-0.7% in Armenia in September against August this year, with the highest inflation rate recorded in the cities of Vanadzor, Vagharshapat and Ijevan. Yerevan saw a 0.6% rise in non-food prices last month.
