Candidates for Yerevan deputy mayors named

The Yerevan City Council will hold an extraordinary meeting on October 26 to appoint new deputy mayors of the Armenian capital.

Armen Pambukhchyan, a board member of the ruling Civil Contract party and former minister, is vying for the post of first deputy mayor.

Civil Contract councilors Levon Hovhannisyan, Suren Grigoryan and Sargis Madatyan, a councilor from the Republic Party, will be nominated for deputy mayor.
