Armenian parliament elects new anti-corruption judge

The Armenian National Assembly on Wednesday voted unanimously to elect Sergey Marabyan as a new judge of the Court of Cassation Anti-Corruption Chamber.

All 68 out of 107 MPs taking part in the ballot backed his candidacy.

Armenia’s Supreme Judicial Council had nominated judges Sergey Marabyan, Rubik Mkhitaryan and Manvel Shahverdyan for the vacant post.
