8 injured in multi-vehicle crash in Armenia

Eight people were injured after a five-vehicle collision in Armenia’s Aragatsotn Province on Friday morning.

The Rescue Service of Armenia’s Interior Ministry said in a statement the accident occurred on the Aparan-Hartavan highway and involved four cars and a truck.

Eight injured people were taken to hospitals, it added.

The cause of the crash was not immediately known.
