Armenian speaker pays tribute to late singer

Armenian National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan has paid a tribute to famous singer and songwriter Ara Martirosyan who passed away on Friday aged 46.

He posted a video on Instagram showing Martirosyan singing with the music played by his fellow singer Hayko, who died from Covid-19 in 2021.

“We will always miss you deeply, dear Aro, dear Hayko!” Simonyan captioned the video.
