Yerevan court orders arrest of bankruptcy judge

A court in Yerevan on Saturday ordered the arrest of Bankruptcy Court judge Tigran Poladyan sought by prosecutors.

Earlier on Friday, the Prosecutor General’s Office said the judge was charged with large-scale bribery.

His prosecution and arrest had been green-lighted by the Supreme Judicial Council, a state body overseeing Armenian courts.
