Patrol police in Yerevan stop Artsakh president's car escorted by motorcade

Patrol police officers in Yerevan stopped Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan’s car for being escorted by a motorcade and security guards.

The police warned Shahramanyan that he was not entitled to a motorcade escort, the Hraparak daily reported on Thursday.

The Armenian Interior Ministry confirmed the report to Pastinfo, noting that he had been stopped for violating traffic rules, but was not fined.
