Armenian parliament speaker denies media report about Rwanda

Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Alen Simonyan has refuted a media report about Rwanda.

Citing the French media, the Zhoghovurd newspaper reported on Tuesday that Rwanda removed a reference to the 1915 Armenian Genocide from the Kigali Genocide Memorial following Simonyan’s visit.

"So what if I have never been to Rwanda, the main thing is to mention Alen Simonyan in the headline," Simonian wrote on Facebook.
