Armenia's Shirak covered with thick layer of snow

Armenia’s Shirak Province has been blanketed in a thick layer of snow as a new cyclone has brought heavy snowfalls to the country.

The snow layer has reached 20 centimeters in the province.

The Road Department Fund reports that the roadway from the Sisian intersection to Zanger is one-way closed to vehicles with trailers as of Saturday afternoon.

Snow clearing is underway.
