Elderly woman in serous condition after dog attack in Armenian town

A 73-year-old woman is in serous condition following a dog attack in the Armenian town of Etchmiadzin.

The woman was taken to the YSMU Heratsi Hospital Complex after she was attacked by a stray dog on 26 January. 

She has undergone surgery and remains under supervision, the YSMU deputy chief of staff, Shushan Danielyan, said.

According to Shamshyan.com, the elderly woman works at the Etchmiadzin Municipality.
