ICRC: 660 contacts made between Armenians detained in Azerbaijan and their relatives in 2023

In 2023, 660 oral, video, and written Red Cross messages as well as phone calls were exchanged between the Armenians detained in Azerbaijan in relation to the conflict escalations and their relatives, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Armenia said in a statement.

"We visited the detained individuals on a regular basis and helped them restore or maintain contact with their families," ICRC added.
