Artak Budaghyan named commander of Russian-Armenian military force

Major-General Artak Budaghyan has been installed as commander of the Armenian-Russian United Group of Forces.

The decree on his appointment was signed by Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan on Tuesday.

By another presidential decree, Artur Yeroyan has been appointed deputy chief of the Armenian army's General Staff.
