Armenian wrestler Artur Aleksanyan wins 7th European gold

Armenian Greco-Roman wrestler Artur Aleksanyan has been crowned European champion for the seventh time.

The Olympic champion and four-time world champion beat Russia's Magomed Murtazaliev 6-3 in the finals of the European Wresting Championships in Bucharest, Romania, to capture the 97kg gold.

Armenian wresters Malkhas Amoyan and Gor Sahakyan have also claimed gold medals at the European Championships.
