French parliament committee condemns ethnic cleansing in Artsakh

The Foreign Affairs Committee of the French National Assembly on Friday adopted a resolution condemning the ethnic cleansing of Armenians in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) by Azerbaijan.

The resolution also demands respect for the territorial integrity of Armenia, French MP Hubert Julien-Laferrière said.

"I call on France and the EU to demand the release of Armenian political prisoners," he posted on X.
