Deputy FM: Armenia, Azerbaijan still disagree on key issues for peace deal
Armenia and Azerbaijan have not yet agreed on key terms of a bilateral peace treaty, Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan told RFE/RL’s Armenian Service on Thursday.
Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan announced on Wednesday that Yerevan had received another package of proposals from Baku, reiterating regression in them.
Both the Armenian security chief and the foreign minister have reported regression in Azerbaijan’s proposals, without elaborating further.
