Two Armenian judges dismissed

Armenia's Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) has dismissed judge Karen Mardanyan of the Criminal Court of Appeals and judge Sergey Marabyan of the Court of Cassation Anti-Corruption Chamber at their own requests, the judicial watchdog reported on Wednesday.

Under Armenia’s Judicial Code, Sergey Marabyan has also been relieved of his duties as chairman of the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of the General Assembly of Judges.
