Senator Menendez: U.S. must hold Aliyev to account for horrific actions against Artsakh Armenians

Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Robert Menendez urges the U.S. to hold Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev accountable for his horrific actions against Armenians in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).

"Yesterday, I met with the New Jersey Members of the Armenian National Committee to discuss the forceful displacement of more than 100,000 indigenous Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh," he posted on X on Wednesday.

"We must hold Aliyev accountable for his horrific actions," Menendez stressed.
