Serzh Sargsyan congratulates Putin on landslide election win

Third Armenian President and RPA Chairman Serzh Sargsyan has offered congratulations to Vladimir Putin on his landslide victory in Russia's presidential elections, his office reported.

Sargsyan wished the Russian leader “robust health, happiness and new accomplishments in his responsible role, as well as peace, stability and prosperity to the friendly people of Russia”.
