Armenian provincial court judge dismissed

The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) has dismissed judge Andranik Mnatsakanyan of the General Jurisdiction Court in Armenia’s Aragatsotn Province at his own request, the SJC reported on Tuesday.

Under Armenian law, Mnatsakanyan will also be stripped of his membership in the Management Board of the Justice Academy.
