Lemkin Institute reacts to Azerbaijan's statement at ICJ

The Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention has reacted to Azerbaijan's statement at the International Court of Justice (ICJ).

"While Azerbaijan conducted "the final cleaning" in Stepanakert, continuing to obliterate the traces of the Armenian heritage and identity in Artsakh, it states at the ICJ that they had "offered to facilitate the return of all refugees and internally displaced persons displaced by the conflict who desire to return to their homes"," the Lemkin Institute said in a statement on Monday.
