Anti-Pashinyan protests held in Yerevan

Spontaneous protests against the decision of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s government to hand over four border villages to Azerbaijan were held in Yerevan on Thursday.

Groups of people, including public and political figures, blocked streets in central Yerevan chanting “Genocidal Nikol!” and “Nikol the traitor!".

They urged police officers deployed to the protest sites to defy Pashinyan’s orders.
