Pashinyan wants Armenia to join EU in 2024

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said that he would like Armenia to join the European Union in 2024, Armenpress reports.

His comments came at the debate “From the frontline: Armenia’s defense of democracy” on the sidelines of the Copenhagen Democracy Summit on Tuesday.

The moderator of the discussion asked Pashinyan in what year he would like to see Armenia join the EU.

"What year? This," the premier replied.
