Armenian wrestler Yeghishe Mosesyan crowned European champion

Freestyle wrestler Yeghishe Mosesyan has earned a gold medal at the U15 European Championships 2024 being held in Loutraki, Greece, from May 15-18.

The young Armenian athlete clinched the European title after defeating Russia's Kantemir Elmesov 11-10 in the 68kg final on Thursday.

Armenia’s Levik Avetisyan (41kg), Erik Papikyan (44kg) and Avetik Tutkhalyan (62kg) won bronze medals at the European Championships.
