Young RPA member detained

Zhora Avetisyan, a member of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Youth Organization, has been detained.

In a social media post on Tuesday, RPA Youth Organization Chair Henrikh Danielyan said the young man was “taken to an unknown location by persons posing as police officers.”

Police told Panorama.am later that Avetisyan was detained and taken to the Investigative Committee based an investigator’s order.
