Active cyclone to hit Armenia

A new active cyclone from the Black Sea region will make landfall in Armenia on Friday, the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center reports.

The cyclone is expected to deliver rain and thunderstorms to most parts of Armenia.

Downpours and hail are likely in some areas.

Temperatures are set to drop by 6-10C over the weekend.
