Armenia's Greta Vardanyan qualifies for Paris Paralympics

Armenian powerlifter Greta Vardanyan has qualified for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

She clinched the 61kg bronze medal at the Para Powerlifting World Cup in Tbilisi, Georgia, the Armenian Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports reported on Saturday.

The Paris 2024 Paralympics, which will take place between 28 August and 8 September, will see more than 4,000 athletes from around the world competing in 549 medal events.
