A new active cyclone will make landfall in Armenia on Saturday, Gagik Surenyan, deputy head of the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center, warns.
"The next cyclone is expected to hit the country on June 29," he wrote on Facebook on Thursday.
A Black Sea cyclone delivered rain, thunderstorms and hail to Armenia on Wednesday and overnight Thursday, with downpours reported in Lori, Tavush, Gegharkunik and Syunik Provinces.
Temperatures dropped by 5-7C.
