FC Urartu names new sporting director

FC Urartu has named Erik Vardanyan as the club's new sporting director.

"We’d like to inform that graduate and former midfielder Erik Vardanyan is the new sporting director of Urartu Football Club replacing Dmitry Kudryashov," it said in a statement on Monday.

Vardanyan was Urartu's scout-analyst after joining the club in December 2022.

"Dmitry Kudryashov rejoined the team's coaching staff and Mikhail Galaidich became our new scout-analyst," the statement added.
