Robert Kocharyan congratulates Armenians on Independence Day

Second Armenian President Robert Kocharyan has extended congratulates to the Armenian people on the country's Independence Day celebrated on September 21.

“Dear compatriots, congratulations on the Independence Day of the Republic of Armenia!" Kocharyan said in a brief message posted on his official Facebook page.

"I hope that we will honorably overcome these tough times for our state," he added.
