French-Armenian soprano wins Vienna Beethoven Competition

French-Armenian soprano Marie Muller Simonian has won the first prize of the Vienna Beethoven Competition 2024.

“I am very grateful for this prize and I cannot wait to continue this new journey,” the singer said in a social media post.

The Vienna Beethoven Competition was held in Vienna, Austria, on 19-20 September.

The renowned competition offers singers from all over the world the chance to showcase their talent in front of an international jury.
