Archbishop Sahak Mashalyan arrives at Mother See

Archbishop Sahak Mashalyan, Armenian Patriarch of Constantinople, on Friday arrived at the Mother See of Holy Echmiadzin, the Armenian church reported.

He is set to attend the re-consecration ceremony of the Mother Cathedral and the blessing of Holy Muron on September 28-29.

The Mother See congregants led the patriarch to St. John the Baptist and St. Vardan Chapel-Baptistery where the traditional Hrashapar Service was held.
