Armenia reports no new West Nile virus cases in one week

No new cases of West Nile fever were confirmed in Armenia in the past week, the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported on Saturday.

A total of 132 cases have been reported in the country to date.

Four people have died from the virus in the current outbreak.

West Nile virus is most commonly spread through the bite of an infected mosquito.

Symptoms include fever, headache, body aches, vomiting, diarrhea, or rash.
