Armenian ruling party still undecided on justice minister's candidate
The parliamentary faction of Armenia’s ruling Civil Contract party has not yet picked a candidate for justice minister, its secretary Artur Hovhannisyan said on Thursday.
“Discussions are underway and an official statement will be issued once a decision is made,” he told reporters.
The ministerial post remained vacant after Grigor Minasyan’s resignation. Some media reporters suggest that Civil Contract MP Arpi Davoyan could be nominated to become next justice minister.
