NGOs highlight Armenia's responsibility to protect Artsakh people's rights

Sixty NGOs from Artsakh handed a copy of their letter addressed to OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Ian Borg to Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan as they gathered outside his ministry on Monday.

They highlighted Armenia’s responsibility to protect the rights of the Artsakh people and warmed against efforts towards the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group that would deprive Armenia of the opportunity to protect the fundamental rights of the Artsakh Armenians and its state interests.
