Armenian parliament committee approves border delimitation regulations

The Armenian parliament committee on foreign affairs on Monday approved the regulations for joint activities of the Armenian and Azerbaijani border delimitation commissions.

Five lawmakers from Armenia's ruling Civil Contract party backed the bill, while three opposition MPs voted against it.

The matter has now been put on the parliament agenda.

The regulations were signed by the deputy prime ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan on August 30.
