Snow hits eastern Armenian town

Roads in Armenia are mostly open to traffic, the Rescue Service reports.

Snow has hit the town of Vardenis in Armenia's eastern Gegharkunik Province..

According to the Department of Emergency Situations of Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Crisis Management Center (CMC) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Larsi highway connecting Armenia and Russia via Georgia is open to all traffic.
