Armenian parliament elects new member of TV and Radio Commission

Armenian lawmakers on Wednesday voted to install Avet Poghosyan as a new member of the Television and Radio Commission.

All 66 MPs from Armenia’s ruling Civil Contract party, who attended the parliament session, voted for him.

Avet Poghosyan was sworn in after the election.

He had been nominated for the post by the Civil Contract faction.
