FC Urartu joins calls for Armenian football chief's resignation

FC Urartu has joined the Armenian national team and Premier League fan movements and clubs in demanding the resignation of the current Football Federation of Armenia (FFA) leadership.

In a statement on Thursday, the club cited the FFA leadership's "incompetent decisions that hinder the growth of Armenian football."

The statement named poor coaching appointments, inconvenient match scheduling and lack of cooperation with clubs and academies among key issues.
