Armenian top court checks constitutionality of two loan agreements

The Constitutional Court of Armenia has started hearings to check the compliance of two loan agreement terms with the country’s constitution.

The agreements include “Enabling Universal Health Coverage Program” and “Enabling the Energy Transition Program” between Armenia and the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development.
