Bus services return to normal in Yerevan after strike

Bus services have returned to normal in Yerevan following Tuesday's strike, the mayor's spokesperson, Hayk Kostanyan, announced.

"Buses are running on all routes," he wrote on Facebook.

The Yerevan Municipality sacked 18 bus drivers a few hours after they and their colleagues went on strike to demand better working conditions and higher pay, accusing them of seeking to blackmail the municipal authorities.
